In Level 1 course, you will learn to tap into your natural healing gifts and begin to deepen your connection to your Intuition. You will receive clear structure and guidance on how to give healing to yourself and receive an attunement to open your Channel to begin healing.
The main focus at Level 1, is to learn to experience the Reiki energy for yourself,
(Self-Healing, and ultimately in Level 2 learn how to heal others as well). Following your Attunement, you will go through a 21-day chakra cleanse and self-healing journey.
